Most Bocas Lit Fest Events are free to the public. We offer limited reserved seating on a first-come, first-served basis to our Friends of the Bocas Lit Fest network as a benefit of membership. Terms and conditions governing our in-person events include:
Owing to the live broadcast of events at the Bocas Lit Fest we may not accommodate latecomers. You will not be able to take your seat within the venue until there is an intermission, at which time our venue and Festival staff will usher you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro for online and direct payments at our head office.
The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance.
Event speakers and/or contents are subject to change. We cannot refund tickets if speakers have cancelled, but the event is still taking place. Bocas Lit Fest reserves the right to change artists or programmes as necessary.
Property lost during the Festival will be taken to the Green Room located in the National Library building. Items must be claimed by the last day of the festival, after which they will be disposed of. Please contact us if you have any queries: info@bocaslitfest.com

Is it tax-deductible?
The BLF is in the process of obtaining certification from the Artist Registry of Trinidad and Tobago, after which financial gifts and donations will be tax-deductible in Trinidad and Tobago. Just know that your contribution will go a long way towards ensuring the sustainability of our NGO.
Can I cancel?
We genuinely hope that your subscription to our Friends program was driven by a desire to support this vital work. The array of entitlements we will provide we hope will just heighten your appreciation for us. We wish that you will never have cause to cancel your subscription, but if you do, we will refund the prorated balance of your annual fee.
